We offer a total project management service for all construction and civil engineering projects.
While we can offer an all-encompassing Project Management Service based on the Prince2 or similar Methodology, we are capable of providing a tailor made package which focuses on a client’s specific requirements. Schemes are always looked on holistically and all aspects i.e. site location, planning issues, the selection of the right contractor are considered in a controlled organised manner to ensure best results are attained
As Project Managers we have undertaken feasibility studies, assisted the client in the production of his brief, established development programmes, set budgets and determined quality standards. We have an exemplary track record of managing the procurement process and can demonstrate our ability to control and co-ordinate construction developments to achieve deliverables which align with and sometimes exceed original Business Case objectives.

Risk Analysis and Risk Management from part of our strategy to identify and quantify construction related risks and through effective value engineering, management and planning techniques we are able to eliminate uncertainty and delay and develop practical and cost effective solutions whilst maintaining the integrity of the clients brief.
We also undertake PFI technical advisor duties and long-term project management duties. Projects vary from £300,000 to £150 million.
